2. How to choose shielding gas for handheld laser welding machine? How to set air pressure and flow?

Commonly used shielding gases include argon and nitrogen. These gases can effectively protect the molten pool during welding and provide the necessary protection to ensure high-quality appearance and mechanical properties of welded joints.

Argon welding:
Pressure: Usually between 8 and 16 psi, which is between 0.55 and 1.1 bar.
Flow rate: Usually between 10 and 30 liters per minute, which is between 0.35 and 1.06 cubic feet per minute.

Nitrogen welding:
Pressure: Usually between 25 and 40 psi, or 1.72 and 2.76 bar.
Flow rate: Usually between 20 and 60 liters per minute, which is between 0.71 and 2.12 cubic feet per minute.

3. What is the difference between the B series laser welding machine and the S series laser welding machine?
