Commonly used shielding gases include argon and nitrogen. These gases can effectively protect the molten pool during welding and provide the necessary protection to ensure high-quality appearance and mechanical properties of welded joints.
Argon welding:
Pressure: Usually between 8 and 16 psi, which is between 0.55 and 1.1 bar.
Flow rate: Usually between 10 and 30 liters per minute, which is between 0.35 and 1.06 cubic feet per minute.
Nitrogen welding:
Pressure: Usually between 25 and 40 psi, or 1.72 and 2.76 bar.
Flow rate: Usually between 20 and 60 liters per minute, which is between 0.71 and 2.12 cubic feet per minute.
- B series, the water cooler and laser welding machine box are separated. The advantage is that it facilitates future maintenance.
- S series, The water cooler and cabinet are integrated, and its advantages are small weight, small volume, and ease to carry.
