There are three reasons:
- Whether the board has power, if there is power, the indicator light will be on, green means normal, and red means fault.
- It means that the USB cable between your computer and the control board is not connected properly, then you should open the cabinet of the control cabinet, unplug the USB cable between the control board and the computer, and plug it in again.
- The driver of the control board is not installed properly. Uninstall the old driver and reinstall it. If not, please go to our website to download it.

You need to consider checking the connection cable between the laser and the control board. If the connection cable is normal, there is no problem with the board.
